Yay summer!

Stats son! Literal son.

Elliott weighed 21 pounds and was 29 inches long at his appointment today. That puts him in the 60th percentile for his age.
Oh yes, and his head is still in the 90th percentile. Thanks dad!

Aaahhhh, 9 months.
Elliott officially has 4 teeth now. He is also thisclose to crawling. He just hasnt figured out how to move his legs and arms at the same time. : )
He loves to smack his toys together and smack the water in his bathtub. We're still working on clapping and waving.
He is eating almost everything now, it is so fun to watch him try new foods!
Elliott has his 9 month doctor appt so I'll let you all know his weight tomorrow.

I took these pictures in our backyard and I could not get Elliott to look at the camera for anything! I was making all sorts of funny noises, whistles, you name it! I'm sure our neighbors thought there was a lunatic out and about : )

Slacking!

Sorry I have been slacking lately on new updates!

E is getting his top 2 teeth (at the same time)- poor guy!

He also just got over another bout of croup. This time we had to get a steroid injection at Urgent Care to reduce the inflammation in his airways. The shot helped sooooo much and he was doing better that night!

The little guy is definitely digging the finger foods lately too. Lately we have been feeding him sweet potato fries, tofu, egg yolks, and lentils. He 'kinda' gets putting them into his own mouth, but has mainly been practicing. He also loves to gnaw on pretzel rods and long carrot sticks.

He has also started staying up later at night too. This has been so great because we can actually go out and do things as a family instead of being shut ins after 5pm. His new bedtime varies from 730-9pm.

BIG, GIANT, HUGE, GINORMOUS, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANKS to Rick and Sue for helping us with our landscaping this past weekend. We officially have grass planted, timbers put in and bushes planted. Its AWESOME! I will take pictures soon!
